TSG Hoffenheim and 1. FC Köln played out a goalless draw in their match on Sunday evening, as the two teams traded blows throughout the game but failed to find the back of the net.

The home side started brightly, creating numerous chances in the opening stages of the game, with the likes of Marco Kleiner and Lukas Hatz coming close to finding the back of the net. However, the visitors were just as dangerous, with Max Kruse and Christian Fuchs creating numerous scoring opportunities for themselves.

Despite the lack of goals, both sides created plenty of chances throughout the game, with the hosts ultimately coming closest to breaking the deadlock in the second half when Kleiner's shot was well saved by 1. FC Köln goalkeeper Jan Bednarek.

In the end, however, it was a frustrating afternoon for both sides, who left the field without a win or a goal. As the game ended in a stalemate, fans will be hoping that the teams can come together and produce a better performance in their next encounter.
